My husband announced this morning that he was proud of us for working out five days in a row this week, four of them spent running (which is a new adventure for me). My comment back was; “and there wasn’t even any drama around it”. I think that I create drama around certain things that are really important to me. I make lists, set goals, meditate, self-talk and tell people my plans. Then when I do not accomplish what I set out to do, I am monumentally disappointed in myself. This week, for whatever reason, we just did. It has been a powerful revelation that sometimes you just have to get in and do it. No planning, no thinking, just doing.
