When you think about making a shift what is the first thing you say to yourself? Is it, “Oh yeah, I cannot wait” or is it, “I can’t do it”? If it is the second, then let me assure you, you are not alone. If change were easy, everyone would have met their goals; there would be world peace, and everyone would be thin. We know, obviously, that just because you think about change does not make it so. Change starts with adjusting behavior and behavior is typically a representation of personality.
