I spent a little time this morning reviewing my week and refining the list. One of the things that I noticed is that nearly half of the items have to do with health. My guess is that most of us struggle on a daily basis to maintain health. The last couple of months spent as a primary caregiver have amplified that for me. I realize that my health is the first thing I am willing to disregard when I am stressed or something else comes up in my life. I find it interesting that when I need to maintain my health the most, is when I maintain it the least. That really is the point of the experiment, to implement some of the items into my routine that will improve quality of life.
